摘要
结合近年来浙江省远洋渔船互保理赔的情况,分析了浙江远洋渔船互保理赔发展中所存在的问题,根据实际情况提出了一些具有针对性的对策建议。
Combined with distant fishing-boats mutual insurance and claims in Zhejiang Province in recent years, existing problems were ana- lyzed. According to the actual situation, several corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
