摘要
患者女，48岁。既往月经规律，量中，无痛经，因停经2个月就诊。彩超提示左附件区包块，直径约7Cm。复查彩超提示左附件区混合回声，直径约8cm。实验室检查无特殊。CT检查：平扫盆腔可见巨大不规则囊实性肿块，大小约10cm（AP）X7Cm（RL）x8cm（FH），囊性部分较膀胱内尿液密度稍高，实性部分与肌肉密度相近（冈1）。增强扫描早期，肿块实性部分呈较均匀轻度强化，延迟期强化进一步增加（图2、3）。肿块边界尚光整，局部与子宫左侧阔韧带分界欠清，子宫与膀胱受压右移。
