DP-MIG铝合金焊接电源特性研究

摘要 在DP-MIG铝合金焊接试验基础上,对DP-MIG铝合金焊接电源的功能特性要求进行了详细的分析研究,总结了DP-MIG焊接工艺中焊接电源的功能特性。试验表明,在DP-MIG铝合金焊接过程中,高-低频脉冲调制、稳定送丝、热脉冲起弧、和特殊的电弧特性是确保DP-MIG铝合金焊接质量的主要焊接电源功能。 Based on the DP-MIG(dual pulse-metal inert gas) welding experiments of aluminum alloy,function characteristic of DP-MIG welding power source for aluminum alloy was analyzed in detail,and the process characteristics of DP-MIG welding power source were summarized.Experiments show that in DP-MIG aluminum alloy welding process,high-low frequency pulse modulation,stable wire feeding,hot shock striking and special characteristics of arc are the main characteristics of welding power source to ensure the welding quality.
