基于时效性的国内图书情报学期刊开放存取水平分析

Analysis on the level of Open Access of the Chinese Periodicals on Library and Intelligence Science Based on Time-effect

通过访问各刊网站和检索国内三大期刊全文数据库,并且主要采用期差统计的方法,对我国19种图书情报学核心期刊网络出版与三大期刊全文数据库收录的时效性进行分析与比较,考察各刊网络出版现状、资源开放存取程度与水平,进而针对国内图书情报学开放存取期刊发展提出整合电子期刊资源、优化网刊资源与服务功能、提高资源开放存取程度与水平等建议。

The statistics method of issue difference was adopted to analyze and compare the time-effects between web publication of nineteen Chinese central periodicals on library and intelligence science and recording by three full text periodical databases through accessing periodical websites and retrieval of three periodical databases in order that some investigation was made on the current conditions of periodical web publication,degree and the level of resources open access,and then some suggestions were made to promote the development of domestic open access journals on library and intelligence science,such as integration of electrical periodical resources,optimization of the functions of network journal resources and service,enhancement of the level of resource open access and so on.
