法学视角下我国自助旅游者权益保护研究综述

Research Review of Rights Protection of Chinese Independent Travelers from the Perspective of Law

指出了随着社会经济的发展,自助旅游越来越受到人们的青睐。它较传统的随团旅游而言,目的地选择更加多样化,行程安排更加自主化,旅游体验更加深度化。以法学为视角,从自助旅游的概念、分类、特点,自助旅游中涉及的法律关系,应对自助旅游法律风险的对策三个方面对我国自助旅游者权益保护研究现状进行了综述。

With the development of society and economy,independent travel has been mcreasmgly attracting people＇s attention. Comparing with the traditional package tour,independent travel has a lot of advantages, such as various choices in destinations,independent arrangement in route and deepening experience of travel. From the perspective of law, this article reviews the research status of rights protection of Chinese independent travelers from three aspects：the concept, classification and features of independent travel, legal relations involved in independent travel, and countermeasures to legal risks.
