摘要
馆员培训质量直接影响办馆效益。通过访谈调查和资料搜集,发现馆员培训存在对培训缺乏正确认识、培训内容缺乏针对性、培训存在短期行为、忽视图书馆文化培训等问题。文章在提出馆员培训管理体系构建应遵循原则的基础上,从培训需求分析、培训计划制定、培训课程设计、培训师资队伍建设、培训效果评估、培训制度建设等六个方面构建馆员培训管理体系。
The quality of the librarians' training directly influences on library's benefits. Through interviewing and collecting material, it has been found that there exist some problems in current librarians' training, such as less attention to librarians' training, lack of pertinence, short-term behaviors in the training and ignorance of library cultural training. In the light of these problems, the paper puts forward the princeples of constructing librarians' training management system, basing on which, the paper constructs a librarians' training management system in the six aspects of training needs analysis, training plan's making, training curriculum design, teaching staff construction, evaluation of training quality and training system construction, moreo- ver, it analyzes the methods of the training system construction so as to improve the effectiveness of librarians' training.
