温通针法治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observations on Warming-unblocking Acupuncture for the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的探讨气虚血瘀型脑梗死的最佳治疗方法。方法对60例气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者采用临床随机对照的研究方法,等量随机分成对照组(仅用内科系统治疗)和治疗组(内科系统治疗加温通针法)。治疗后进行临床疗效及神经功能缺损程度评定,并采用简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评测法和Barthel指数(BI)对两组治疗效果作评估,比较两组患者偏瘫康复情况。结果治疗组在总有效率及改善神经功能评分、运动功能和日常生活能力方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温通针法配合药物治疗能显著改善气虚血瘀型脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活能力,减少神经功能缺损程度。

Objective To seek an optimal protocol for treatment of cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Method A clinical randomized controlled trial was carried out. Sixty patients with cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly allocated equally to a control group （receiving systematic internal medicine treatment alone） and a treatment group （receiving systematic internal medicine treatment plus warming-unblocking acupuncture）. The clinical therapeutic effects and neurological deficits were assessed after treatment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated using the simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment and the Barthel Index （BI） in the two groups. The results of hemiplegia rehabilitation were compared between the two groups of patients. Result The total efficacy rate was higher, and neurological function, motor function and the activities of daily living improved more in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warming-unblocking acupuncture plus medication can markedly improve motor function and the activities of daily living and reduce neurological deficits in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
