摘要
通过对目前我国公立医院人力资源管理的现状、难点进行系统阐述和分析,提出建立现代公立医院人力资源制度的对策是转变管理机制与人事管理职能,建立公平合理的绩效考核制度和薪酬体系,树立医院人本管理理念,提升人力资源管理人员的职业素质,提高医院凝聚力,为加快公立医院的改革和发展做出强劲的人力资源保障。
Based on the description and analysis of the status and the difficulties of the human resources manage- ment of public hospitals in China,the countermeasures are proposed in the paper including the establishment of a mod- ern public hospital system of human resources, changing management mechanisms and personnel management func- tions,building a fair and reasonable system of performance appraisal and remuneration system, forming a hospital hu- man-oriented management concept, enhancing the professional qualities of human resources management and impro- ving hospital cohesion. In this way can we speed up the reform and development of the public hospitals.
