摘要
应用ABAQUS软件,建立了沥青路面结构动力响应三维有限元模型,分析了结构参数对路面动态响应的影响规律;结合正交试验,对路面结构参数进行了敏感性分析。分析结果表明:(1)随基层模量增大,基层层底拉应力也随之增大,对基层受力不利。(2)基层厚度、模量及与相邻层的粘结条件对路面受力均有显著影响,但显著性不同。基层模量、基层与底基层层间接触条件对基层层底拉应力影响显著,而基层厚度、基层模量、基层与面层层间接触条件对底基层层底拉应力影响显著。(3)增加基层厚度、适当降低基层强度、加强各结构层层间粘结有利于提高路面结构的整体性能。
Applying ABAQUS software, a 3D finite element model of structural dynamic response of asphalt pavement is established to analyze the influence of structural parameters on dynamic response of asphalt pavement. Combining with orthogonal tests, the sensitivity analysis of pavement structural parameters are analyzed. The result indicates that ( 1 ) With the increase of base modulus, the tensile stress in the bottom of base increases, which is unfavourable for base under stress. (2) Base thickness, modulus and interlayer contact of base have great effects on pavement under stress, but the degrees of effect are different. The tensile stress in the bottom of base is affected prominently by base modulus, interlayer contact between base and subbase, and the tensile stress in the bottom of subbase is affected prominently by base thickness, base modulus, and interlayer contact between base and surface. (3) Adding base thickness, properly decreasing base strength and increasing the coherence of interlayers will help overall performance of pavement.
