摘要 鉴于同一种零部件可以采用多种不同的工艺路线完成图纸规定的加工技术要求,而不同工艺路线的物料利用率、能耗、生产时间和成本效益等指标均存在较大差异,综合考虑上述指标提出碳效益这一新的低碳制造综合评价指标,并对其量化计算方法进行研究,特别是碳排放量的计算方法;建立了一种以碳效益极大化为目标的多工艺低碳制造决策模型,并对碳效益因产量而动态变化的特性进行分析。以某汽车变速箱齿轮为例,分析和验证了模型的可行性。 In the practical manufacturing process, more than one process alternatives can be adopted to achieve the same technical requirements for the same component. But the indicators of processes such as material utilization, en- ergy consumption, production time and cost-effectiveness are quite different. For this problem, a new low carbon manufacturing evaluation indicator-carbon bendit was proposed by combining with the proposed indicators, and its calculation method was discussed, in particular the carbon emissions calculation method. A low carbon decision- making model of multiple processes aiming at the carbon benefit maximization was established, and the dynamic characteristics of carbon benefit along with the capacity were analyzed. A case of an automobile transmission gear was introduced to analyze and verify the feasibility of proposed model.
