摘要
高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)是在经典液相色谱法和气相色谱法的基础上发展起来的新型分离分析技术,具有简便、快速、灵敏、准确的特点。HPLC法因其独特的分析优点,广泛应用于抗感染药物的含量测定、组成分析、质量控制等方面。综述运用HPLC法在各类抗感染药物(氟喹诺酮类、抗生素类、头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类、硝酸咪康唑类)的含量测定、分离条件、检测方法等方面文献资料,并对其应用进展作一分析。
High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC） is a new type of isolation and analysis technique based on classic liquid chromatography and gas chromatography. With the characteristics of being simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, it is widely used in content determination, component analysis and quality control. This article reviews the main application of HPLC in anti-infection drugs.
