中医辨证论治理论体系的研究现状与发展趋势

Formation and development of syndrome differentiation and treatment system of Chinese medicine

从辨证论治术语的提出,分析了辨证论治体系的发展与研究现状,并着重讨论了辨证论治理论的研究应用进展与其他学说的融合以及新辨证方法的产生;指出随着现代科技的发展和疾病谱的改变,辨证论治开始出现其局限性,如量化程度较差,确定性和明晰性不强,因而需通过实现辨证论治的客观化、规范化、病证结合等手段寻求中医"证"的共性与个性指征,并建立以证候多维靶点为目标的中医辨证论治新体系,将成为中医学发展的必然趋势。

The development and research status of syndrome differentiation and treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） was analyzed based on the term of ＇syndrome differentiation and treatment＇. It emphatically discussed the the research and application progress of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the integration of other theories, and the generation of new syndrome differentiation and treatment methods. With the development of modem science and technology and the change of the disease, limitations of the syndrome differentiation and treatment began to appear, for example, quantification was relatively poor, and the certainty and clarity was not strong. Through the methods of the objectification, standardization, disease in combination with TCM syndrome to seek universality and individuality of indications, and establish a new syndrome differentiation and treatment system which aimed at syndrome multi-dimensional targets will become TCM inevitable trend for TCM development.
