摘要
目的:探讨太阳病(风寒表证)造模小鼠与白介素含量表达变化的相关性。方法:根据文献报道"小鼠风寒表证"模型制作方法,结合预实验的经验制作动物模型,采用酶联免疫吸附实验法(E LISA)定量检测模型组和对照组1周内每天11:00与23:00小鼠血清中白介素的含量表达变化。结果:模型组白介素的表达于发病第3、4天达到高峰,均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),到第3、4天达到高峰,此后逐渐回落到第7天接近对照组水平。结论:模型组白介素的表达基本吻合了外感表证7d自愈的"周节律"。
Objective: To explore the correlation between recovery of disease in taiyang disease (wind cold superficies syndrome) model mice and interleukin content changes expression. Methods: According to the report that 'mouse cold superficies syndrome'model making method combining the simulation experiment in animal models, mouse serum interleukin content changes in model group and control group were quantitative detected daily 11 and 23 clock within a week by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Results: In the model group, interleukin expression were higher than those in control group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). It is higher than control group, reaches peak in the 3rd, 4th days, and comes back gradually to approach normal group level in the 7th day. Conclusion: Interleukin expression in model group is consistent with 'week rhythm' of 7 days self-healing of superficies syndrome.
