摘要
近十年,关于拔尖创新人才培养的实践探索和理论研究日益受到重视,内容涉及拔尖创新人才的概念、培养理念、选拔和管理、成长规律、培养机制等,但研究和实践中也存在"德育不足"和"艺术教育缺失"的问题。
In recent years, the practical exploration and theoretical research on training top -notch in- novative talents increasingly get attention, and the content inferring to the connotation, training ideas, selec- tion and management, law of growth, the training mechanism of top - notch innovative talents, etc. However, there is the problem that ＂ Lack of Moral Education＂ and ＂ Shortage of Art Education＂ in re- search and practice.
