摘要 大唐(赤峰)新能源有限公司在风电场管理中,存在重复性工作较多,各风电机组监控系统的数据不能共享、不具备监控各制造厂家风电机组的兼容性等问题。为了加大对各风电场的集中监管力度,设计开发了风电场智能化远程监控管理系统,该系统采用B/S架构,按照"统一规划、统一标准、统一平台、统一数据库、资源共享、安全保密"的建设原则,兼容不同厂家的不同机型和变电站设备,把多个风电机组控制系统集成到该系统中,功能设计涵盖了风电场日常管理的各个环节。该系统的应用,实现了远程实时监控风电场运行情况,并可以进行一定的权限操作,提高了工作效率和企业管理水平。 In management of wind farm in Datang (Chifeng) Renewable Power Co.,Ltd., issues of much repeated work, the data of wind turbine supervisory system unable to share, lacks of compatibility of monitoring every manufacturers' wind turbines. In order to strengthen centralized supervision and control to every wind farm, design intelligent remote monitoring management system, which adopts B/S structure, based on the construct principle, integrates and is compatible with different manufacturers' different models and substation equipments, and its functional design covers each link of the wind farm daily management. The application of the system realizes the remote real-time monitoring wind farm operation and authority operation, and improves the work efficiency and the enterprise management level.
