摘要 通过实验研究,探索了硫化物浓度、未解离硫化氢浓度对废水反硝化效率的影响,明确了硫化物对反硝化过程的抑制作用,并分析、探讨了这一抑制反应的产生机理。结果表明,硫化物对硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的竞争是反硝化效率下降可能因素之一,同时未解离H2S的毒性抑制作用也与反硝化效率的下降有显著相关性。这一结果有助于改进当前的含硫废水的脱氮工艺。 By lab-experiments, the effects of sulfide on denitrification process in wastewater treatment were investigated. The results reveal that, nitrate reduction rates clearly decreased with the increasing influent sulfide concentrations. It could be resulted by the competition between sulfide and organic carbon to consume nitrate, and the lower nitrate reduction rate under autotrophic denitrification. However, unionized H2S concentrations were found to highly relate to the decrease of nitrate reduction rates. It indicates that the toxicity of H2S could be the main reason to the inhibition effect of nitrate reduction. These findings may help improve the nitrogen removal processes for the wastewater containing sulfide in the future.
