子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫术治疗子宫切口瘢痕妊娠并发症分析

Complications of uterine artery embolization combined with suction curettage in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy

目的观察子宫动脉栓塞（UAE）联合清官术治疗子宫切口瘢痕妊娠（CSP）的术后并发症。方法收集确诊为CSP的患者106例，于UAE后24-48h行超声引导下清官术，观察术后并发症。结果对106例患者均成功完成治疗。介入治疗及清官术后106例均出现下腹部疼痛，发热23倒、恶心及呕吐84例，感染4例；清宫术后第3天复查盆腔超声提示官腔内残留32例。结论对于UAE联合清官术治疗CSP术后并发症应积极处理，避免产生不良后果。

Objective To investigate the post-operative complications of uterine artery embo[ization （UAE） combined with suction curettage for the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）. Methods Totally 106 patients with CSP received UAE followed by suction curettage after 24--48 h. The post-operative complications were observed and analyzed. Results The treatment was completely successful in all 106 patients. After treatment, all 106 cases had lower abdominal pain, and there were 23 cases having fever, 84 cases having nausea and vomiting. Infection occurred in 4 cases, and pelvic color ultrasound suggested intrauterine residue in 32 cases on the 3 rd day after treatment. Conclusion Complications of UAE combined with suction curettage for the treatment of CSP should be actively treated to avoid negative events.
