坝上地区覆盖层较厚,利用当地筑坝材料建坝蓄水形成水景观处理技术难度大,制约因素较多。通过某公路路基作为拦河坝,交通与蓄水兼顾,阐述了该工程筑坝、防渗、泄洪等处理措施,以期为类似工程设计提供经验和技术参数。
