炼油装置设备腐蚀问题是所有炼油厂所面临的和考虑的主要问题之一,特别是在加工海洋重质高酸原油时,由于其原油本身性质,对炼油设备的防腐工作提出更高的要求。文章主要以大榭石化225万吨/年沥青装置常压塔顶防腐为例,以加工重质高酸原油秦皇岛32-6原油为研究课题,探讨在加工此类原油时,装置在低温部位防腐所面临的问题,以及为改善和解决腐蚀环境所进行的调整、摸索、优化操作的研究过程。
