摘要
以豆芽、芒果和番茄为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱技术,建立一种可用于检测水果蔬菜中的2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)的残留方法。使用C18反相柱,以甲醇∶水=52∶48为流动相,在UV 228 nm下进行测定。结果表明,在1.07~107.1μg/mL的浓度范围内,2,4-D的含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,最小检出量为1.07μg/mL;2,4-D在豆芽,芒果,番茄中的平均添加回收率分别为118.4%、98.2%、94.0%,精密度、稳定性、重复性实验RSD分别为1.68%、1.04%、1.53%,均达到农药残留量分析的技术要求。
To establish an available high-performance liquid chromatography method to detect the residues of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) in Bean sprouts,mango and tomato.Using a C18 reverse phase column,methanol: water = 52:48 as mobile phase,UV 228 nm was measured.The results showed that the linear relationship was the range of 1.07~107.1 μg/mL,2,4-D content and the peak area was a good linear relationship minimum detectable amount 1.07 μg/mL;2,4-D in bean sprouts,mango,tomato average recoveries were 118.4 %,98.2 %,94.0 %,precision,stability,repeatability experiment RSD were 1.68 %,1.04 %,1.53 %.They are all up to the technical requirements of the amount of pesticide residue analysis.
