高校体育场馆对外开放模式研究

Research on Opening Strategy of College Stadiums

在公共经济学的视角下,运用访谈、数理模型等研究方法,对我国高校体育场馆的开放类型以及影响因素进行了分析。在此基础上,通过边际成本定价法和需求差异导向定价法,分析学校体育场馆的运行成本,结合锻炼者的社会属性和锻炼偏好等方面来制定其对外开放价格。为促进高校体育场馆合理对外开放,提高锻炼者的使用效用提供参考,从而实现高校体育场馆的可持续发展。

By applying methods of investigation and mathematic model, this paper analyzes the opening mechanism of the college stadiums and the its influencing factors based on public economics. Using the public product pricing strategies, this paper analyzed the running cost of school stadiums by marginal pricing, and the intersection of marginal cost curve and demand curve is the equilibrium point of opening pricing. Based on this, the paper suggested that setting opening price from the social attributes, stadium preference and exercise time preference of exercisers by using demand oriented pricing could improve utilization of stadiums and exercise effect of exercisers. It aimed at providing reference to the reasonable opening of college stadiums to the outside world, to improve the effectiveness of the utility of exercisers and to increase the overall welfare of the society.
