Optimizing Practical Teaching System and Cultivating Compound Talents

摘要 为适应石油化工和自动化行业未来人才需求,利用计算机与仿真技术建设了新一代流程级仿真装置——炼油化工虚拟工厂。以培养实践能力强、社会适应能力强的石油化工自动化复合型创新人才为目标,借鉴新加坡南洋理工学院的"教学工厂"办学理念,探索实施了"虚拟教学工厂"育人模式,改革教学内容,优化实践教学体系,取得了较好的效果。 To meet the needs of talent for petrochemical and automation industry in the future,a virtual refining and chemical factory which is a new generation process simulation device was built by using computer and simulation technology.In the meantime,the teaching contents were reformed,and the practical teaching system was efficiently optimized to cultivate compound talents for petrochemical and automation industry by referring to the "virtual teaching factory" education model of Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore.Practice proves that the optimization of the practical teaching system has been successful in the cultivation of compound talents for petrochemical and automation industry.
