摘要
目的探讨本院护理实习生临床实习期间发生针刺伤的原因与对策。方法通过自行设计调查问卷,调查分析本院护理实习生临床实习中发生针刺伤的情况,并提出相应对策。结果被调查的150名护生中,曾经发生针刺伤的有21人,发生率为14%;在采血、输液操作中,戴手套的仅占2.67%。结论由于护理实习生防护意识淡薄、操作不熟练,针刺伤的发生率较高,其职业防护意识需进一步加强,医院应对护生进行全面的防护教育。
Objective To explore the factors and strategies for needle stick injuries among nursing students. Methods Using a self- designed questionnaire to investigate needle stick injuries among nursing students during clinical practices. Results Among 150 nursing students,21 nursing students（ 14% ） had been hurt by needles. Only 2.67% nursing students wear gloves in the operation of blood sampling and transfusion. Conclusion Due to the lack of protection awareness and unskilled, the incidence rate of needle stick injuries among nursing students is high. Occupational protection education should be strengthen.
