Research on the Evaluation Index System of the Talents of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

开展创新创业教育是为了培养具有开拓性的个人,创新创业教育对于培养个人的首创和冒险精神、创业和独立工作的能力以及技术、社交、管理技能都非常重要。创新创业人才的培养过程中,需要把握什么样的人才才能称之为是创新创业人才。本文针对创新创业人才评价问题,提出了一套评价指标体系,并对其中的各个指标进行了分析。

We carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship education to cultivate pioneering individuals. Innovation and entrepreneurship education is favor of the personal initiative and spirit of adventure, entrepreneurship and the ability to work independently as well as the technical, social, management skills. In the process of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship talent, we need to grasp what kind of person can be called innovation and entrepreneurship talent. Aiming at the evaluation of the innovation and entrepreneurship talent, this paper puts forward a set of evaluation index system, and analyzes the each index.
