摘要
目的探讨光学相干断层扫描( optical coherence tomography, OCT)在病理性近视黄斑裂孔中的应用。方法对23例(24眼)病理性近视合并黄斑裂孔患者行OCT检查,观察其黄斑裂孔的形态学特征。结果23例24眼病理性近视患者中,常规眼底检查发现所有患眼后极部均有不同程度的脉络膜萎缩灶。OCT结果示:21例21眼为Ⅲ-Ⅳ期黄斑裂孔,2例3眼为Ⅱ期黄斑裂孔;23例24眼中有8例8眼伴有后巩膜葡萄肿,2例2眼伴有视网膜脱离。结论OCT在病理性近视合并黄斑裂孔的诊断及治疗中发挥了重要作用。
Objective To investigate application value of OCT in diagnosis of pathological myopia-combined macular hole. Methods OCT was performed on 23 pa- tients( 24 eyes) with pathological myopia-combined macular hole, and morphological features of macular holes were observed. Results Routine fundus examination results showed that all suffering eyes were with choroidal atrophy in posterior pole areas. Ac- cording to OCT results,21 patients(21 eyes) were with phase Ⅲ - Ⅳ macular hole,2 patients ( 3 eyes) were with phase II macular hole; 8 patients ( 8 eyes) were found with posterior scleral staphyloma; 2 patients ( 2 eyes) were found with retinal detachment. Conclusion OCT could play an important role in pathological myopia-combined macular hole diagnosis and treatment.
