摘要
目的:观察魔芋精粉对高脂血症大鼠的降脂作用及其对肝功能的影响和机制。方法:选取健康Wistar大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为正常组、模型组和干预组各20只。正常组给予基础饲料喂养,模型组和干预组给予高脂饲料,同时干预组给予魔芋精粉灌胃。治疗后第40天观察各组一般情况和血清TG、TC、ALT、AST的变化,魔芋精粉对大鼠血清和肝脏内MDA和SOD的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组和干预组血清TG、TC、ALT、AST升高(P<0.05),大鼠肝脏内MDA明显升高,SOD降低;干预组与模型组比较,大鼠TG、TC、ALT、AST有所下降(P<0.05),血清和肝脏内MDA降低,而SOD升高。
Objective: To observe the lipid-lowering effect of konjac powder on rats with hyperlipidemia and its mechanism and its influence on liver function.Methods: 60 healthy Wistar rats,half male and half female,were randomly divided into normal group,model group and intervention group,with 20 rats in each group.The normal group was fed with basic diet,and model group and intervention group with high fat diet,while the intervention group was given intragastric administration of konjac powder.The general situation of each group and the changes of serum TG,TC,ALT and AST,and the effect of konjac powder on serum and MDA and SOD in the liver were observed 40d after the treatment.Results: serum TG,TC,ALT,AST of the model group and intervention group were increased(P0.05),liver MDA was increased and SOD was decreased compared with those of the normal group;TG,TC,ALT and AST of the intervention group were decreased(P0.05),serum and MDA in the liver were decreased,and SOD was increased compared with those of the model group.
