摘要
工频磁场感应线圈作为电磁兼容中检验设备抗扰度的标准装置,其各项技术性能的准确性和稳定性直接影响着测试结果,故磁场线圈的校准显得尤为重要。针对校准线圈过程中容易受到周围环境因素干扰的问题,着重从变流器的漏磁现象进行分析,通过比较漏磁方向与线圈法线方向的关系,总结出了变流器漏磁方向对测量结果的影响,即当二者方向一致时,对测量结果影响较大;当二者方向垂直时,对测量结果几乎没影响。同时,提出了如何解决此问题的方法,从而保证校准结果的准确可靠。
Power frequency magnetic field inductive coil,as standard equipment for the immunity test, its accuracy and stability directly affect the test result, so it is very important to the calibration of magnetic field coil. It is easy to be disturbed by other factors in the process of calibrating coil,in this text, we analyze from the magnetic leakage of current converter mainly,and through comparing the orientation of current leakage with coil,we can summarize the affection to the test result by current leakage orientation. When their orientations are identical, it can make great affection to the result;when they are vertical,it makes little affection to the result. And we also propose a feasible method to solve the matter,so we can ensure the reliability of calibration.
