摘要
介绍了以低分子量的羧基丙烯酸树脂为改性剂 ,采用单甘油酯法合成快干丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂 ,用正交实验法研究了醇酸树脂的油度、丙烯酸树脂 (PPA)中甲基丙烯酸的含量及邻苯二甲酸酐与PPA的摩尔比对树脂涂膜性能的影响 ,确定了最佳的配方和工艺 .
An acrylic alkyd was produced via monoglyceride, in which an acrylic resin containing carboxyl with small molecular weight was applied as a modifier. The effects of oil length, the content of carboxyl in acrylic resin and the ratio of phthalic andehydride and acrylic resin on paint film were studied and the optimal formula is determined by the means of orthogonal experiments.
