摘要
根据MBD研究现状,分析了三维元器件建模方法,并提出了一种基于UG、Mentor、Teamcenter8的三维元器件模型库建立方法。采用参数建模方式,对接口技术进行了开发,从而方便了属性的传递,并能够实现整体快速驱动。选用基于中间件接口的三维模型库设计方法,能够快速建立零件间参数关联,并同时兼顾整体协调的要求,在一定程度上提高了电气三维装配设计方法的通用性和设计效率。实例运行表明,该设计方法能充分利用已有产品资源,具备很好的通用性和灵活性。
According to research based on MBD and analysis of electronic component modeling approach,it establishes a mode for 3-D component model library at UG and Mentor and Teamcenter8 platform,proposes the parameter modeling.The development of interface technology can facilitate the parameter transfer and realize fast driving of the whole 3-D model library design methods based on middleware interface.Associations between parts can be quickly established in this way and requirements of the overall coordination can be taken into account.The application shows that the model can improve the electronic component 3-D model design versatility and design efficiency,the design method can take full advantage of the resources of the existing products with good versatility and flexibility.
