Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the R&D Innovation Efficiency of the High-tech Industry Based on the Factor Analysis Model

摘要 以高新技术产业研发创新效率为研究对象,遴选出表征高新技术产业研发创新特征的投入指标和产出指标,运用因子分析模型分别计算出各高新技术子产业的综合产出水平和投入水平,并通过计算二者的比值测算出各子产业的研发创新效率。最后,从提高高新技术产业的研发创新合作水平、提高高新技术产业的市场化水平和促进面向高新技术产业发展的多层次资本市场建设等方面提出了进一步提高高新技术产业研发创新效率的对策。 Aiming the high-tech industry R&D innovation efficiency,it establishes the R&D innovation input indexes and the output indexes which could well show the characteristics of the high-tech industry,uses the factor analysis model to calculate the comprehensive output and the input of the sub-industry of the high-tech industry.It determines the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry with the total level of the input and the output.Finally,it presents some countermeasures such as the enhancement of the cooperation,improvement of the mercerization level and the construction of the multi-level capital market for increasing the efficiency of the high-tech industry.
