摘要
针对南方某水泥厂使用高硫煤的情况进行了调研,固硫剂是减轻水泥厂高硫煤带来的诸多操作问题的有效途径之一。分析了SO3在水泥熟料中的存在形态以及在熟料各矿物中的分布情况,探讨了固硫剂的作用机理。
A cemenl plant in southern part of China firing high-sulfur coal was investigaled. Sulfur-fixed agent is one of potential solutions to reduce the operating problems related to firing high-sulfur eoal. The existing forms of sulfate and its distribution in the clinker minerals were analyzed. Mechanism of sulfur-fixed agent was discussed.
