全域统筹视角下的青岛市新型城镇化路径选择

The Path of New Urbanization in Qingdao from the Perspective of Global Coordination

加快推进新型城镇化是推动"四化"同步发展的重大任务,也是青岛市"十二五"发展目标能否顺利实现的重要决定性因素。近年来,青岛市的城镇化水平和质量均得到了较大提高,但与国内先进城市相比、与实现全域城镇化目标的要求相比仍有较大差距。文章从分析青岛市新型城镇化现状入手,提出了加快推进全域城镇化的几条路径。

Speeding up the advancement of new-type urbanization is both the major task of promoting the synchronous development of＂four modernizations＂and an important determining factor for the smooth realization of goals set in＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂.In recent years,significant progress has been achieved in Qingdao in terms of both urbanization level and quality.However,in contrast to other advanced cities in China,there still exists a big gap in achieving total regional urbanization in Qingdao.Based on the analysis of present situation of new urbanization in Qingdao city,this paper put forward several paths for speeding up total regional urbanization.
