摘要
目的调查本科护生临床实习中期与后期的表现,为改善临床护理教学计划,提高临床护理教学质量提供参考。方法采用自制调查问卷,选取在某三级甲等医院实习的144名本科实习护生为研究对象,由带教老师分别在本科护生的中期与后期对其临床实习表现进行评价。结果本科护生临床实习后期在临床护理、专业与自我发展、教育指导、基本知识4个维度得分和总分高于实习中期(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在临床教学中应根据不同阶段特点采取针对性教学对策,以进一步提升临床教学质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical performance of undergraduate nursing interns in the middle and final stages of internship, so as to provide references for improving clinical nursing teaching plan and quality of clinical teaching. Methods A total of 144 undergraduate nursing interns were recruited and surveyed in a 3A hospital in the middle and final stages of internship respectively. A self - designed questionnaire was introduced and the clinical teachers were responsible to evaluate the students depending on the interns'clinical performance. Results At the end of internship, the undergraduate nursing interns got high- er scores in the four dimensions of clinical nursing, professional and personal development, educational guidance and basic knowledge and total scores than they did in the middle intership stage ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Targeted teaching countermeasures should be taken according to different stage charac- teristics of internship, so as to enhance the quality of clinical teaching.
