摘要
为了对蓝狐、水貂、北貉、獭兔的毛绒进行研究,试验对4种毛皮动物毛纤维的强力、伸长率、伸直长度、细度、细度离散等指标进行测定,利用扫描电镜测定其鳞片层的鳞片高度、鳞片厚度及鳞片翘角等结构特征,利用能谱仪对其元素含量进行半定量测定。结果表明:4种毛皮动物的毛纤维物理性质数据各异,其鳞片翘角、鳞片高度、鳞片厚度等指标也不同,同种动物针毛与绒毛之间的鳞片翘角、鳞片高度、鳞片厚度等指标也有差异。
To study the histological structures of the hairs and villus from blue fox, mink, northern raccoon, and Rex rabbit, the strength, elon- gation, stretched length, fineness, discrete fineness and other indicators of the hair fiber of the four fur - bearing animals were measured. The scanning electron microscopy was used to determine the structural features of the height, thickness and rake angle of the cuticle in the cuticle layer, and then the energy dispersive spectrometry was used for the semi - quantitative determination of the element contents. The results showed that the hair fibers from the four fur - beating animals had different physical properties data, and the rake angle, height, thickness and other indicators of the cuticles were also different. Meanwhile, there were some differences in the rake angle, height, thickness and other indi- cators of the cuticles between the guard hairs and villi in the same kind of animals.
