摘要
为了考察养殖场细菌消毒剂耐药性与抗菌药物耐药性的相关性,选择临床分离的104株猪源大肠埃希菌进行了消毒剂敏感性试验,并对消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因qacE△1-sul Ⅰ进行了检测。结果显示,临床分离大肠埃希菌消毒剂耐药性比质控菌明显提高,qacE△1-sul Ⅰ基因检出率高达95.19%。结果说明,受试消毒剂耐药性在养殖业中已日趋严重,进一步研究细菌消毒剂耐药及与抗菌药物交叉耐药性的机制迫在眉睫,以期对细菌消毒剂耐药的有效控制提供理论依据。
In order to investigate the correlation of resistance of bacteria to disinfectants and antibacte- rial agents, this study selected 104 clinically isolated swine Escherichia coli for disinfectant sensitivity tests and detected resistance gene (qacE△1-sul I ) to disinfectant-sulfa. The results showed, compared with quality-control strain, the resistance of clinically isolated Escherichia coli was increased, and the detection rate of qacE△l-sul I gene reached 95.19%. It suggested that disinfectant resistance had become increas- ingly serious in animal husbandry. Further research of the resistant mechanism of bacteria to disinfectants and its correlation with antimicrobial resistancy was more important to provide theoretical basis to control the resistance of bacteria to disinfectants.
