摘要
以沙漠中的风积沙为骨料,环氧树脂为胶黏剂,研制砂基透水砖。分析了石英粉在环氧树脂砂浆配制中的合理添加量,探讨了环氧树脂添加量的合理区间,利用正交试验方法优选砂基透水砖的配方和工艺参数。结果表明,环氧树脂添加量为6%、配重块质量3200 g、振动时间15 s为最佳工艺参数,其抗压强度为41.1 MPa,透水系数为2.1×10-2cm/s,符合JC/T 945—2005《透水砖》标准要求,可为砂基透水砖的配合比和成型工艺设计提供参考及定量分析方法。
The sand-based permeable brick was prepared by taking desert sand as main raw material and epoxy resin as adhesive. The paper analyses the reasonable amount of quartz powder in epoxy esin mortar, and then discussed the reasonable range of epoxy resin,finally used orthogonal method to find reasonable formulation and manufacturing process. The results showed that the epoxy resin addition 6%,setting weight 3200 g and vibration time 15 s are optimum technological parameter. Its compres- sive strength is 41.1 MPa, and the pervious coefficient is ,which is higher than that stipulated in standard JCrF 945-- 2005"water permeable brick". So orthogonal design can provide the directions and methods to sand-based permeable bricks mix proportion.
