摘要
针对核电站放射性浓缩液的特性,以模拟浓缩液为研究对象,利用烘箱开展了干燥技术处理浓缩液的初步研究,对干燥产物性状的变化以及干燥条件对水分蒸发速率和产物含水率的影响进行了测定。浓缩液经干燥处理后质量为原先的20%左右,减容比为4.5左右,含水率小于15%;干燥温度越高,真空度越大,干燥的速率越快,但是温度和真空度的增高会带来干燥产物的膨胀;干燥过程的补料会导致产物下层含水率升高;结果表明,干燥技术处理放射性浓缩液是一种减容处理技术,有必要进行进一步深入研究。
Base on the characters of radioactive wastes concentrates in nuclear power plants, the simulated concentrates were Chosen as the research object. The preliminary study on waste concentrates treatment by drying technique was done, The products humidity after drying is less than 15%, the mass after drying is about 20%, and the volume reduction ratio is almost 4.5. The results showed that treatment concentrates by drying technology should be deep study as a volume reduced technology.
