摘要
目的探讨在食管癌患者放疗过程中采用PDCA管理结合路径化健康教育的方法和效果。方法将200例食管癌放疗患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各100例。对照组患者采用传统方法进行健康教育,实验组患者运用PDCA管理结合路径化健康教育,比较两组患者的健康教育效果和对护理服务的满意度。结果实验组患者的健康教育达标率、行为依从性和对护理服务的满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 PDCA管理结合路径化健康教育能提高健康教育效果,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,是一种可操作性强、患者接受度高的健康教育管理模式,值得推广。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of PDCA management combining with health education pathway for patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy period.Methods Totally,200 patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was received traditional health education,and the experiment group was received PDCA management combining with health education pathway.The effects of health education and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The qualification rate,comphance and patients satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05).Condusion The PDCA management combining with health education pathway can improve the effects of health education and increase patient satisfaction.It is highly operability and can be accepted by patients easily,be worth promoting.
