服务供应链信息共享、合作关系与企业绩效的关系研究

Information Sharing,Cooperation Relationship and Enterprise Performance: An Empirical Research on Service Supply Chain

为了在服务供应链框架下研究企业间的信息共享与合作关系对于企业绩效的影响,本文提出了一个反应信息共享与合作关系影响企业绩效的概念结构模型。实证研究结果表明,信息共享与合作关系对于企业财务绩效没有显著的直接影响,但是通过中介变量服务质量间接影响企业财务绩效;信息共享与合作关系之间存在显著的相关关系。研究结果对于改善供应链环境下服务企业的绩效具有明显意义。

In order to study the impact of information sharing and cooperation relationship on enterprise performance under service supply chain framework, this paper developped a conceptual structure model to reflect how information sharing and cooper- ation relationship act on enterprise performance. Empirical results showed （1） information sharing and cooperation relationship have no direct impact on enterprise performance, but they could indirectly influence enterprise performance by service quality. （2） There existed signifleant relationship between information sharing and cooperation relationship. These oonclusions would be benefit for service enterprise to improve performance under supply chain background.
