摘要
目的 了解解脲支原体(Uu)体外药物敏感性状况.方法 以微量肉汤稀释法对Uu作8种抗菌药物的敏感性测定.结果 304株Uu对抗菌药物的高度敏感率依次为罗红霉素(63.2%)、阿奇霉素(48.7%)、红霉素(47.4%)、多西霉素(28.3%)、交沙霉素(8.2%)、米诺环素(4.6%)、环丙沙星(36%)、氧氟沙星(3.3%).发现1株(0.3%)对该8种药物均耐药.结论 加强Uu的药敏检测,监测耐药情况的变化,对指导临床用药,防止Uu耐药性产生具有重要的意义.
Objective To acquire the information about the in - vitro drug susceptibility of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) . Methods To determine the in - vitro susceptibility of Uu to 8 kinds of antimicrobial agents by using the microdilu-tion method. Results For 304 strains of Uu, susceptiblity rate to the antimicrobial agents was as the following order: rox-ithromycin(63.2% ), azithromycin(48.7), erythromycin(47.4% ), doxycycline(28.3% ), josamycin(8.2% ), minocycline (4.6% ), ciprofioxacin(3.6% ), loxacin(3.3% ) and the resistance of one strain to the 8 kinds of antimicrobial agents was found. Conclusion Enhancing the detection of drug susceptibility of Uu and monitoring the variance of resistance have important significance to guide clinic using of the drug and prevent the resistance of Uu.
