摘要
通过对上虞市近3年来住宅工程质量投诉案例的数据统计、内容分析,找出了住宅工程质量投诉产生的原因及投诉处理工作中的难点,提出解决住宅工程质量投诉中处理的意见与建议。
This paper found out the reason of housing quality complaint and difficulties in handling complaints by statistics and analysis of the house quality cases in the past three years, and proposed the opinion and suggestion when deal with the complaints about residential construction quality.
