基于读者问卷调查的高校图书馆工作改进

The Improvement of University Library Work Based on Reader Questionnaire Suvey

通过对西安建筑科技大学图书馆读者问卷调查的统计,本文从馆藏资源建设、图书馆提供的服务、图书馆环境设施等方面进行分析、总结,就如何改进高校图书馆工作,满足读者信息需求,提出了相应的措施。

Through statistical analysis of reader questionnaire suvey of Xi＇an University of Architecture and Technology Library, this paper discussed on the construction of library resources, library services, library environment and facilities, and put forward some countermeasures to improve the work of university library and meet the information needs of readers.
