铁水包修砌工艺改进与实践

摘要 分析了铁水包在使用过程中出现的包底抗侵蚀性差,包嘴粘渣掉砖,包壁砖侵蚀不均匀的问题。提出改进包底与包壁的修砌工艺,解决了结缝串铁问题。试验了砌砖包底代替浇注料包底,提高了铁包包底的抗侵蚀性。对铁包嘴耐材表层喷涂防粘结涂料,减少了包嘴粘渣现象的发生。改进包壁砖的加工工艺,提高了包壁砖抗侵蚀性,使包壁达到了均匀侵蚀。 The paper analyze, poor erosion resistance of the bottom, slag bonding and brick - dropping appeared on the nozzle, disaniform erosion resistance of the wall lining during Iron ladle application. It pointes out that the building process between bottom and wall should be improved to solve the problem of iron leakage from brick crevice. Instead of castable bot- tom, the brick bottom improve the corrosion resistance of bottom. The refractory surface of iron ladle nozzle coated with anti adhesive coating reduces the occurrence of nozzle slag adhesion phenomenon, processing improvement of wall lining improves the corrosion resistance of wall lining and achieve even erosion.
