Measures such as strengthening export-oriented industries, building up scientific and techno- logical innovation system ,fuelling equally the industries of foreign-funded, state-owned and private cap- ital and setting up four export-oriented industrial development platforms can make the export processing industries in Urumqi economic and Technological development Zone enter a new development path of high quality and high efficiency.
