摘要
根据舞钢4 200 mm宽厚板轧机机架辊使用过程中出现的故障,分析计算了辊子所传递的扭矩,重新设计机架辊的轴头部分,并进行相应改造,取得了良好的效果。
According to the analysis on feed miler accidents of 4 200 nan plate mill in Wugang, the torque trans- mired by the feed miler is calculated and analyzed,the shaft end of the feed miler has been re -designed and the feed milers have been revamped, which receives a good effect.
