摘要
设计了基于嵌入式Linux操作系统的扫描式荧光定量检测仪。仪器通过步进电机进行荧光试纸条的扫描检测。步进电机的稳定运行、精确定位直接影响着仪器的检测精度。本文重点介绍嵌入式Linux下步进电机驱动程序、光耦驱动程序的编写,简单介绍使用Qt/Embedded编写应用程序控制电机的实现过程。通过验证,电机运行正常稳定,定位精准,可满足仪器高精度检测要求。
A scanning fluorometer Instrument based on embedded Linux system is designed. It detected fluorescence test strip by stepper motor, and used Samsung S3C2440 as processor. Its kernel is Linux2. 6. 32. This article focuses on how to write embedded Linux stepper motor driver, and optocoupler driver, and makes a brief introduction about how application software controls stepper motor. By test, stepper motor worked steadily, and it can totally meet the equipment requirements.
