摘要
针对无刷直流电机的控制特点,分别从功率驱动和控制策略两方面进行分析和设计。选用STM32F103芯片作为主控制器,包含驱动电路、逆变电路、电流检测以及速度反馈电路,采用电流环、速度环双闭环控制策略,并且通过动态调节定时器预分频值的方法提高速度采集的精度。实验结果表明,系统响应速度快,稳定性好,具有较高的工程应用价值。
This paper analyzes and designs BLDC motor control system from the power drive and control strategies. The hardware con tains the driver and inverter module, current detection and speed feedback mode base on STM32F103 MCU. The speed and current double-loop control is adopted and adjust the prescaler of the timer dynamically to improve the accuracy of the speed. The results show that the system has a quick response and good stability, which has a high value of practical engineering application.
