中西医结合在功能性子宫出血治疗中的应用价值分析

Value Analysis of Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:探讨在功能性子宫出血治疗中中西医结合应用的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月至2013年1月间于我院诊断为功能性子宫出血患者230例,在征得患者及家属同意的情况下,随机分为对照组(115例)和观察组(115例),给予对照组患者单纯西医治疗,给予观察组患者中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者治疗疗效、不良反应、控制止血时间、完全止血时间等指标,并进行统计分析。结果:对照组治愈44例、有效49例、无效22例,治疗有效率为80.87%,观察组治愈62例、有效44例、无效7例,治疗有效率为93.91%,两组患者治疗有效率间差异明显,在统计学上具有意义(P<0.05);观察组控制止血时间(21.39±4.92)h、完全止血时间(40.29±4.28)h均明显短于对照组相应指标(38.23±3.19)h、(59.23±3.29)h,且其不良反应发生率(2.61%)亦明显低于对照组不良反应发生率(5.22%),以上组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血安全、有效、快速、不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods：All of 230 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013, were randomly divided into control group （115 cases） and observation group （115 cases）, in the case of obtaining the consent of the patients and their families, the control group patients with Western medicine alone, the observation group patients with Integrative Medicine treatment, to observe and statistical analysis the indicators：therapy, adverse reactions, controlling bleeding time, completely stop the bleeding time and other indicators in two group.Results：In control group,44 cases were cured, effective in 49 cases, ineffective in 22 cases, the effective rate of 80.87%, the observation group, 62 cases were cured, effective in 44 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, the effective rate of 93.91%, In the therapy of efficiency, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）;In the observation group, controlling bleeding time （21.39±4.92）h, completely stop the bleeding time （40.29±4.28） were significantly shorter than the corresponding index in the control group （38.23±3.19）h （59.23±3.29）h, and the incidence of adverse reactions （2.61%） were significantly lower than the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions （5.22%）,there were statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） in the above groups.Conclusion：Integrative medicine treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is Security, effective, fast, adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
