摘要 目的优选瓜蒌子黄酮的最佳提取方法和条件。方法比较分析超声辅助提取法、加热回流法和索氏提取法下的瓜蒌子黄酮含量,并通过单因素和正交实验,筛选了瓜蒌子黄酮含量超声辅助提取法的条件。结果超声辅助提取法为瓜蒌子黄酮的最佳提取方法,其最优工艺参数为:温度70℃,提取1.0h,料液比1∶40,乙醇质量分数为90%;此条件下瓜蒌子黄酮含量高达0.836 9 mg/g。结论此工艺合理可行,适用于瓜蒌子中黄酮的提取。 Objective To explore the optimum way and condition to extract the flavonoids from Semen Triehosanthis. Methods Choosing the content of flavonoids as evaluation standard, the different ways, such as Ultrasonic assisted extraction, Heating reflux method and Soxhlet extraction method , were comparatively analysed. Through single factor and orthogonal tests , the best condition of Ultrasonic assisted extracting flavonoids was found and sifted. Results The Ultrasonic assisted extraction was the best way to extract flavonoids, and the optimum conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 70℃, extraction time 1. 0h, solid -liquid ratio 1:40, ethanol concentration 90% , the content of flavonoids reached a high value (0. 8369 mg/g). Conclusion This optimized flavonoids Extraction Method for Ultrasonic assisted extraction is proved to be reasonable and feasible.
