摘要 创新生态系统是核心创新企业与上游供应商、下游销售商、同行业竞争对手及产品服务的其他相关配套提供主体所构成的相互依赖的合作伙伴关系,是战略性新兴产业实现协同创新的重要途径。战略性新兴产业创新生态系统在运行过程中,由于企业组织相互依赖的非对称性、技术配套的专用性、集体行动的"搭便车"行为以及技术学习能力的差异性等原因,很容易滋生机会主义行为。战略性新兴产业创新生态系统的治理机制包括协商机制、声誉机制、信息披露和平台开放机制及信任机制等几个方面,通过几种治理机制的综合运用可以达到克服机会主义行为、提高知识共享意愿的治理目标。 The innovation ecosystem is the interdependent partner relationship among the core innovative enterprise and upstream sup- pliers, downstream vendors, the same industry competitors and other related product and service organizations by technical support. It's an important way to achieve collaborative innovation for strategic emerging industries. In the running process of strategic emerging indus- try innovation ecosystem, it is easy to breed opportunistic behavior because of organizations' asymmetry interdependence, dedicated technical supporting, the collective actions of the free-rider behavior and technical learning ability differences. The governance mecha- nism of innovation ecosystem includes negotiation mechanism, reputation mechanism, information disclosure and open platform mecha- nism and trust mechanism. Integrated use of these governance mechanisms can achieve objectives of overcoming opportunitistic behavior and improving knowledge sharing.
